Description
Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) for Intravenous Injection is derived from pooled plasma of healthy donors, purified via multi-step chromatography to produce IgG with at least 98% purity and ?95% monomer/dimer forms. The 5% solution contains 2.5?g IgG in 50?ml. This formulation is used in research to simulate passive immunotherapy, investigate primary and secondary immunoglobulin G deficiencies, model treatment of severe infections and neonatal sepsis, and study autoimmune conditions like immune thrombocytopenia and Kawasaki disease. Manufactured by Zhengzhou RAAS Blood Products Co., Ltd. in compliance with approval S20023023. For laboratory research use only.

Mechanism of Action & Research Applications
Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) provides broad-spectrum IgG antibodies capable of mediating passive immune protection, neutralizing pathogens, and modulating immune responses via Fc receptor engagement. In research, this product is widely used to study:
Immune replacement in primary IgG deficiency models
Treatment of secondary IgG deficiency in severe infection or neonatal sepsis
Autoimmune disease modeling such as ITP or Kawasaki disease
Laboratory studies also use it to assess antibody pharmacokinetics and mechanisms of immune modulation . For laboratory research use only.
Side Effects (For Reference Only in Models)
Model systems and clinical analogues have observed reactions including:
Headache, chills, fever, fatigue
Nausea, vomiting, rash, injection-site reactions
Hypertension or hypotension, tachycardia
Hypersensitivity or allergic reactions
Rarely, renal dysfunction or thrombotic events
These effects are dose-dependent and serve as guidance for experimental safety monitoring.
Disclaimer
Human Immunoglobulin (pH4) Injection 2.5?g is strictly intended for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary therapeutic or diagnostic use.
