We are committed to providing high-quality peptides, APIs, pharmaceutical intermediates to our global customers.
Every product is manufactured and shipped under strict quality control to enspurity, identity, and stability.

If any product does not meet the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA), or arrives damaged or incorrectly labeled, we will provreplacement or refund in accordance with the following policy.


Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are available only for quality-related issues or shipping errors confirmed by our technical team.

A request is eligible when:

  • The received item is damaged, contaminated, or degraded during shipping.

  • The wrong product or labeling was supplied.

  • The product specifications (purity, content, or structure) do not match those listed in the COA.

  • The product is expired upon arrival due to shipment delay or handling issues.

Requests unrelated to product quality (e.g., change of mind, incorrect storage, improper handling by user) cannot be accepted due to the sensitive nature of chemical and peptide materials.


Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order number and batch/lot number

    • Product name and CAS number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Supporting photos or analytical data (if applicable)

  3. Our Quality Assurance (QA) department will evaluate the claim within 3–5 business days.

  4. Upon approval, we will arrange either:

    • Replacement shipment of the same product; or

    • Full or partial refund based on the investigation results.


Return Authorization and Packaging

No product may be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our team.
Once approved, please:

  • Use original packaging materials when possible.

  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outer box.

  • Ship via a tracked courier with temperature control if required.

Unauthorized returns or items sent without RMA may be refused for safety and compliance reasons.


Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund unless confirmed defective:

  • Custom-synthesized peptides or personalized compounds

  • Bulk production batches made under customer-specific specifications

  • Products stored improperly or used after receipt

  • Opened or partially used vials/packages

  • Items beyond 7 days from receipt date

For such cases, we may offer analytical re-verification support instead of a refund.


Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card).

  • Once approved, refunds are completed within 5–10 business days depending on banking channels.

  • For replacements, a new tracking number will be sent immediately after dispatch.

In cases of international transactions, refund times may vary slightly due to currency exchange or bank clearance.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging, courier label, and damaged product.

  • We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or compensation under our insured shipment policy.


Product Verification and Analytical Support

All refund or replacement claims are verified against COA, HPLC, LC-MS, or NMR data (where applicable).
Our QA team may request additional test results or sample return for analytical confirmation before approving a refund.

This process ensures transparency and maintains the integrity of our scientific supply chain.


Disclaimer of Responsibility

Our liability is limited strictly to product replacement or refund under the terms above.
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as experimental costs, project delays, or downstream application failures resulting from misuse or improper storage.

Customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility, stability, and suitability of our products for their intended research use.
