Mechanism of Action
Bestatin (Ubenimex) is a competitive, reversible inhibitor of aminopeptidases—specifically aminopeptidase B and N—as well as leukotriene A? hydrolase. This inhibition enhances T and NK cell activity, stimulates cytokine release, and promotes bone marrow cell regeneration
