We want you to be totally happy with your purchase! If something’s not quite right, no worries—we offer a 30-day return policy. After 30 days, though, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. ?
? How to Return Your Item
To make a return, your item needs to be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging ?
? What You Can’t Return:
Some items can’t be returned for safety or other reasons, including:
- ? Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- ? Intimate or sanitary items
- ? Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- ? Gift cards
- ? Downloadable software
- ? Health and personal care products
Please also make sure you have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand. Don’t send your item back to the manufacturer. ?
? Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds, such as if:
- ? Books have obvious signs of use
- ? CD/DVDs, video games, or software have been opened
- ? The item’s not in original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (unless it’s our fault)
- ? The item’s returned more than 30 days after delivery
? Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received it and let you know if your refund is approved.
Once approved, we’ll process your refund, and it will be credited back to your original payment method (like your credit card) in just a few days! ?
? Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t gotten your refund yet, here’s what to do:
- Double-check your bank account ?.
- Reach out to your credit card company—they may take a bit to post it.
- Get in touch with your bank—they may have processing delays.

? Sale Items
Just a heads-up: sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. ?
? Exchanges
We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, just email us at ProductsMax16@gmail.com and send it back to: [Physical Address] ?
? Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped straight to you, we’ll give you a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we get your returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate! ?
If it wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift-giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll send the refund to them, and they’ll find out about your return. ?
? Shipping Returns
To return your item, simply mail it to: [Physical Address] ?
You’ll be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs, and unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we’ll deduct the return shipping cost from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. ?
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance to your return. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item if it’s lost during transit. ??
