PEG?rhG?CSF Mechanism of Action
PEG?rhG?CSF binds G?CSF receptors on hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, stimulating proliferation, differentiation, and mobilization of neutrophils. PEGylation prolongs its half-life (~46–62 hrs), enabling once-per-cycle dosing.
