Mechanism of Action
Diclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits COX?1 and COX?2 enzymes, blocking prostaglandin synthesis and reducing inflammation, pain, and fever. The enteric coating delays release until the tablet reaches the intestine to reduce gastric side effects. en.wikipedia.org+1pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov+1dailymed.nlm.nih.gov
